Chris CoyneIn site bios, Chris Coyne (c. 1976-) is an American mathematician noted for his launch of OkCupid.com, in 2003, a top site where users make the matching questions. [1]

History
During a brainstorming session over Thanksgiving weekend, November 1998, just after eBay had launched, Coyne and has college roommate Eli made a pact to come up with some way to make money on the newly developing Internet. The result was the 1999 prototype site TheSpark.com, whose matching mascot was the Pimpin’ Cupid.

In 2007, Coyne and co-founder, mathematician Sam Yagan started CrazyBlindDate.com, where users could quickly go on blind dates with the click of a button, in an effort to drive traffic to okCupid. [2]
